The smARTvenue 3D model

Three-dimensional visualizations are ideal for real estate, restaurants, event locations, commercial spaces and much more. The 3D model can be shown directly in Google Street View or shared on Immoscout 24.

To ensure that your location is shown to its full advantage, smARTvenue supports you with additional services such as drone flight videos, the creation of floor plans or a landing page for your website. We will be happy to advise you and provide you with a customized offer.

How the 3D model is created

We use a laser scanner to take a series of images at your location, which are later compiled into a three-dimensional model using software. Depending on the size of the object, the on-site scanning time varies between one and eight hours. The scan is carried out by an operator and requires no further support from you.

The 3D scan can take place at any time of day. For a property with windows, a scan during the day is of course the best option. The conditions on site often determine when the object is available for the 3D scan.
